The Martha Creek Provincial Park is located a short drive from Revelstoke, making it a perfect base for an adventure filled break! The Martha Creek Provincial Park is home to a campground with many lakeside camping spots, far enough away from town that it is really peaceful but close enough that you can easily pop into town to resupply or enjoy a nice meal out if you want.
We got so lucky when we turned up without a reservation and snagged a spot which had a little trail leading down to the lakeshore. Thank goodness for rainy weather, I’m sure that we would have struggled to get a spot at all if it hadn’t been mid September and raining. Such an incredible spot we were sad to leave and are already planning a return trip for next summer!
